美食街吃遍了，常常點到"圖片僅供參考"的餐點，這次兔寶要分享的是獨家專利的"一鍋一燒"，一次吃到火鍋和私廚鐵板燒，還有最新推出的個人鴛鴦鍋，一鍋雙享受～
在新竹東區的大潤發內，可是內行的推薦才知道的隱藏版美食，聽說ＣＰ值超高～
兔寶在去的之前還想說要不要帶補光燈去，美食街會不會陰陰暗暗的，這樣我要怎麼拍美照跟大家分享呢？結果...沒想到大潤發整個大進步，不僅燈光明亮，美食街超寬敞又乾淨，整個跌破兔寶的眼鏡
這家"鼎璇一鍋一燒"因為疫情的關係，現在只開放大門進出，美食街走到底的右手邊就是了
菜單上的照片拍得很豐富，料滿滿的～看起來每樣都很美味耶～
餐具和調味料都是自取，點好餐後店員會叫號碼，再自己取餐唷～
近期店家更換新的菜單，新增了個人鴛鴦鍋，餐點的部分有單獨的一燒和火鍋，雙拼的部分有一鍋一燒和個人鴛鴦鍋
一燒：像鐵板燒那樣，醬料有三種口（蘑菇、黑胡椒和羅望子）三種口味可以選
一鍋一燒：可是獨家專利，是鍋物和燒物的拼盤
火鍋：最常見的鍋物品項
個人鴛鴦鍋：可以一鍋吃到兩種湯頭，也是兔寶第一次看到呢！
闆娘說因為他自己很愛吃，每次出去都點好多種，也是因為這樣，所以特別研發了一鍋可以二吃的方式，讓跟她一樣喜歡吃美食的朋友，可以不用為了選擇而煩惱～
價格走平價路線，兩百多就可以吃到一鍋一燒，而且一份就是一個套餐，有附白飯、飲料和甜點，真的很超值耶

🔸一燒－羊肉（羅望子醬）
整個鐵板滿滿的料，洋蔥、豆芽菜跟羊肉一起快炒，加上獨家的羅望子醬，原本以為會很南洋味，還怕吃不習慣，結果整個是我多想，鹹香中帶點微微的酸度，很涮嘴耶～羊肉沒有羊騷味，愛吃羊肉的我整個很喜歡～
🔸一鍋一燒－菲力（黑胡椒醬）＋大眾鍋
這鍋超有份量的，一燒的部分撲滿了豆芽菜，上面的菲力每一塊都是帶有厚度的，帶點咬勁的口感是原肉塊無誤
鍋物固定配的是大眾鍋，很讓人驚艷耶，料竟然比湯還要多，十多種配料，超豐富的！
🔸火鍋－海鮮魚片鍋
這鍋也是滿滿的料，有魚片、蝦子、蛤蠣的海鮮魚片鍋，幾乎看不到湯，豆腐、豬血糕、高麗菜、火鍋料...能想得到的食材幾乎都在鍋裡，闆娘~這樣的價格這樣真的可以嗎？
要特別說一下這裡的湯頭，可是闆娘用大骨燉煮的，喝起來清爽甘甜，喝完也不會覺得口渴～
🔸個人鴛鴦鍋（起司牛奶＋大眾鍋）
鴛鴦鍋的部分一鍋可以選，一鍋固定配大眾鍋～
本來以為單火鍋的料已經夠多了，沒想到最後上桌的鴛鴦鍋份量更大！
料放到快要滿出來了啦～而且不只有青菜、火鍋料那些，還有豬肉片
起司鍋配的菜色也不同，店家在餐點上真的很用心～起司鍋的湯頭帶點淡淡的奶香味，滑順好喝，這鍋男生可以吃得完，女生可能就要兩個人一起吃了～
🔸甜點的部分是芋頭西米露
不是加色素的芋頭整個很可以啊，還吃得到芋頭顆粒，連甜點都是滿滿用心來著~
後來跟闆娘小聊了一下，這裡的泡菜鍋也很受歡迎，可惜這次沒點到，不過沒關係，也可以直接買泡菜回去，單吃、煮菜都可以喔～
沒想到美食街裡也有這樣真材實料的店家，真的顛覆兔寶對美食街的印象，感謝朋友的推薦才能吃到這樣平價又美味的餐點，跟大家分享囉^^
